Moisture Intense Cleanser
Using the industrial analogy to explain, lighter oils will dissolve heavier oils (like cleaning a cast iron pan with cooking oil or cleaning gears with WD40 oil/solvent). This cleanser works this way, by dissolving heavy, built up skin (and make-up, if applicable), oil with the combination of oil and solvent glycerides. In addition, a bit of surfactant is added to help remove the final emulsion created when massaging the applied skin with water. Because the oils used are natural and nutritious, the skin is nourished while the glycerin helps to hydrate and plump the skin. The naturally neutral pH of 7, which is higher than the pH of the skin, opens the pores and lifts the surface skin cells to create this deeper cleanse.
